For Workshops

Enrollment & Payment

Full payment is required to confirm your place in any workshop. All workshops have a closed number of places and a waiting list will be created once each course fills.

Cancellation by TextileSupport

TextileSupport reserves the right to cancel or postpone any class due to under enrolment or other unforeseen circumstances. Courses with insufficient enrolments will be cancelled 2 weeks before the commencement date. In this case enrolled students will receive a full refund.

Cancellation by Students

No refunds will be given to enrolled students wishing to cancel less than two weeks before the course commencement date. Students who cancel more than 2 weeks before the course commencement date will incur a $50 cancellation fee. 

Cancellation due to COVID-19

Cancellations due to restrictions and risks involved with the COVID-19 pandemic will mean that the students will be given a choice of either a voucher for rescheduling at a future date or for a home-study on-line course with support in live streaming.

PayPal Fees

Any refunds which may be made due to special circumstances will be minus the PayPal fees as PayPal has ceased to return fees to sellers upon refunds being processed.

For Tours

Deposits and Payments

A non-refundable deposit of $500.00 per passenger is required at the time of booking. The balance can be paid in 2 or 4 payments on dates agreed with TextileSupport.

 

Cancellations

Cancellations 60 days or less from the date of departure will result in the loss of all monies paid. Travel insurance is recommended to cover the costs of cancellation fees due to illness, death in family, etc.

Cancellations Due to COVID-19

For any tours which need to be cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic, participants will be offered the chance to move their tour to a future date at no extra cost. Eventual refunds will depend on refunds coming from hotels and will be processed as soon as possible.

The non-refundable $500 deposit may be transferred to online learning products if preferred.

Refunds

The tour is based on arrangements which do not allow for any refunds in respect to sightseeing, accommodation, meals, airfare or other services not utilised after the tour has commenced.

 

Travel Documents

All passengers will require a valid passport. For Australian Passport holders Visas are not required for Italy or Spain. If you hold another passport please check with your travel agent.

 

Baggage

Participants are asked to limit baggage to two pieces where possible to facilitate logistics in places like Venice.

 

Dietary and Other Special Needs

Please inform TextileSupport of your dietary and any other special needs at the time of booking.

 

Mobility

All of our tours involve a fair amount of walking and some stairs, remember that Italian and Spanish towns often have cobblestones or other uneven surfaces and pack some comfortable walking shoes.

 

Travel Insurance

Tour participants are responsible for their own travel insurance.
